About
Meet your Psychotherapist
Krystallia Metaxa
Licensed Psychologist with Five Years of Studies at the American College
I hold a comprehensive psychology degree following five years of academic training.
I have completed both my practicum and specialized training in the field of counseling, gaining valuable experience in supporting individuals at various stages of life.
Additionally, I have attended seminars specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a scientifically validated approach that helps individuals identify and modify dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns.
Through this method, I assist people in managing anxiety, stress, anger, and depression, equipping them with the necessary tools to improve their quality of life.
Furthermore, I specialize in couples therapy, helping partners strengthen communication and emotional connection in their relationships. I also provide support to young adults facing challenges in their professional journey, particularly when they are at a crossroads and unsure which direction to take.
This subject is particularly close to my heart, as I personally experienced the same confusion during my youth. It took time and self-reflection to discover the path that truly fulfills me. This experience allows me to deeply empathize with others’ concerns and offer meaningful guidance.

Through secure digital platforms, you can access a space of understanding and guidance without geographical limitations.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or Google Meet, maintaining the same duration and effectiveness as in-person meetings.

In-Person Sessions
In-person therapy sessions provide the opportunity to work together in a calm, protected environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.
Face-to-face interaction allows for a deeper connection, enhancing the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.
Additionally, in-person sessions help the mind associate the therapy space with a place of trust, specifically designed for inner peace&self-awareness.
